Why should you pay me to do your project management I hear you ask... Well, the fact that you're asking and still reading this is a good sign so I will tell you more.

I have been doing Project Management for the past two and a half years and have so far only had success stories. I have not only worked in the UK on projects, I was also involved in a very big project in Portugal for a year. This was a very successful project which saw me create a business from the ground up and launch a high end product into the market just at the beginning of a recession. For six months I painstakingly translated documents from Spanish and English into Portuguese, sent documents and brochures to print, recruited staff, found a showroom in Lisbon where we were then to run our head office from, located seven retail outlets and placed the product in their stores for sale to the general public and helped launch the brand by September 2008 at the showroom inauguration. This company is still trading successfully and most of my original input is still functioning within the organisation.

On a smaller scale, I have recently been involved in the opening of some retail outlets in the UK. These have been small shops with an approximate area of 70m2 or less and have required a quick turnaround. This work has been carried out for the same brand as the one I worked for in Portugal. In these particular projects, I was required to plan ahead the opening of these shops and once the lease was signed, I had two days to turn the shop from an empty shell to a fully functional retail outlet. This has so far been carried out successfully and on target.

There's no need to stop at retail as my skills go much wider than that.
